Philip Kleutgens

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, saxophonist Philip Kleutgens attends Northwestern University, where he is completing a master’s degree studying with Professor Taimur Sullivan.

A collaborative artist and soloist, Philip has garnered awards at the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition and NASA Competitions.

He has appeared as a featured soloist with orchestras across the Midwest. Most recently, Philip won the 2024 Northwestern University concerto competition.

Philip received an undergraduate degree in saxophone performance from the University of Michigan, where he studied with Dr. Timothy McAllister.
