Adam Rosenblatt

Chicago-based percussionist and performer Adam Rosenblatt has a penchant for finding interesting and uncommon ways to present and perform contemporary music.

He is keenly interested in growing an interdisciplinary performance practice, believing that a mix of media and art forms can speak more directly and powerfully to our current context. Adam has performed extensively throughout the US and Europe in solo and chamber capacities, with collaborators ranging from experimental electronic duo Matmos and indie rock group Horse Lords to Brussels-based Ictus Ensemble and Vienna-based Phace Ensemble.

He has performed in such festivals as Festival Musica in Strasbourg, France, Bregenz Festspiele in Bregenz, Austria, Borealis Festival in Bergen, Norway, and Maerzmusik in Berlin, Germany.
